I'm an everyday customer. Usually I have a good experience chatting with the owner and the other workers. They all know me. Today I went in there trying to use the ATM so I could pay a bill and there was an error I was charged $102 and I didn't receive any money. The woman basically told me she couldn't help me and to figure it out by calling the number on the side of the ATM. He also told me that it wasn't working earlier in the day but she didn't want to put a note just in case it might work. So because of her negligence I was cost $102 and because she was lazy I have yet to receive it back I will never go in that store again and I will spit on the pavement every time I walk by. In today's economy with the amount of money they charge for gas she should be a little more sensitive with situations that cost people money especially when it's their fault.

Gas prices are the lowest in the area all the time, cigarette prices are lower than ANYWHERE I've found in the state, and the service is fast and friendly. There is a small store for snacks, drinks and beer, but it's VERY small. For a gas station, I can't ask for anything else. I go out of my way to fill up at this station, and it's the only place I'll buy cigarettes.

Al prime gas had contaminated diesel. My truck along with two national grid trucks broke down only a few miles down the road. I took my truck to the mechanic and they informed me there was a significant amount of water in the diesel which I had just purchased from al prime. I drove back to the gas station and noticed a company called enpro doing service on the diesel tank. I informed the gas station attendant of what had happened he stated several people had complained and they are testing the diesel for contamination. I called al prime corporate a woman named Kim stated I was the only one that called I said that might be the case but I'm not the first to complain and told her two national grid trucks had the same issue after putting gas from here. When I went back to the gas station the diesel side was out of service and the attendant stated they had to pump out 500 gallons of diesel. Corporate didn't confirm or deny if the fuel was contaminated but no one will pump out that amount of diesel for nothing. This company has had similar issues in the past for being negligent. It appears they are being dishonest and I will be contacting a attorney. my truck needs 7k worth I repairs because of the injectors being damaged due to their fuel. I am also groom contact with the enterprise to raise awareness of the situation and help any other victims affected by Al primes negligence.

I was recently not given back my exact change on their mistake, had to wait 2 days to be called a liar, everyone be careful, the lady who made the mistake was probably drunk or high cuz I've helped her with both while she was on the clock, GET YOUR RECEIPTS
