Blatantly ignored by staff and when addressed all interaction was rude and short. Refused to let my daughter use a coupon and make her own order. Took 5 drive through customers before acknowledging my order. Swearing by staff and talk of bad food processes. Watched a employee "clean" and blatantly leave trash in middle of floor. Food was packaged and handled without gloves. Ignoring of complaints from my daughter and I as to why they would not let her place an order although there was a single coupon per order, per customer. I had to explain to my daughter that she couldn't get her food because they refuse to serve her due to what I can only assume is age discrimination. Entire process exceeded 10 minutes.

Quite possibly one of the worst Burger Kings I've been to. Service is abysmally slow. Star doesn't seem to care about much other than gossiping. The food is never made correctly. They are generally out of any item you try to order. The place legitimately needs to just start over.

Drive thru was quick and easy!! Went through with 3 friends and kids and they took our order like we were right in front of each other! Prices were great service was great!!

Waited In the drive through at the order sign from 8:10-8:25 before they took my order. Had to say something for them to even acknowledge that I was at the window. And then they took the order from the car that pulled up next to me first. Then I had to wait until 8:40 for my food and only got half of it. Then had to go inside and get my food they forgot, only to have to wait for them to make chicken nuggets because they didn’t have any made. Even tho that was my order. Not even worth one star. Only gave one so I could post this review.

I was first in line, first to the window then the 1st window lady made me wait at least 5 minutes while she took 2 orders behind me! When I asked why I had to wait so long she became defensive and began arguing with me. ALL I WANTED WAS TO PAY AND BE ON MY WAY!!!!!! Tempers were lost on both sides. She needs to go back to flipping burgers as she unable to prioritize and deal with the public! UPDATE!!!!! Still the worse BK EVER!! Terrible Management, unorganized staff, very slow service. Look at the pic. Paid the same price for both of these items after a 15 minute wait at the drive thru.

My wife and I have been here for breakfast a couple times over the last few weeks and the lady that is working in the morning handing you your food is so friendly and kind. Always has a smile on her face, always quick to greet you and has never messed anything up on our order. We appreciate you and your hard work and dedication. I hope the company recognizes you as much as the customers do.

They were cordial and was slighly faster getting our food to us. This fast food place don't understand NO ICE in my pop! Therefore that's their rating!

This location is usually pretty good, but I never tried to ask them to honor the newest update to their app before. They refuse to honor the 6-digit coupon code they gave me. They did, however, offer me double the item for triple the price LOL! Remember when some places would honor other businesses coupons? This place won't even try to honor their OWN!
