Take your pet elsewhere for grooming if they have any anxiety. It's just a job to them they don't even try to make your pet comfortable. They just want to get it done and move to the next dog. I had anxiety when I left there and we were only get her nails trimmed. I almost bit the lady myself so I understand why my baby bit her.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I just got my puppy, Sunlight, on Sept 10, and I've visited q Pet Supplie Plus,store at least 5 times and each experience was great. My home store is on Telegraph in Bloomfield Twp. They helped me find a food that my very finicky Ewell eat. . .one morsel at a time. But a t least she will eat it. Four paws up for Pet Supplies Plus!

They were very helpful when it came it came to helping me with information with need’s for my Lola who is 11 years old⛔️⚠️⛔️ on her first bag of hills science diet formula my dog stopped eating then started drinking lots and lots of water started vomiting yellow bio, foaming at the mouth, lost weigh💔😞🥀 i’m trying to find out if anyone else has bought this dog food and has had issues my Lola passed away suddenly nothing was wrong with her it was so unexpected I am heartbroken 😔 my Lola

Went to pick up kitty food for the billions of feral kitties around my house. Great idea. This is a nicely stocked Pet Supplies Plus with surprise treats, if you like kitties that is. They have window kitties for viewing. Let's not forget the store kitties who roam free. Caught them dozing on a tree. This is franchise store who cares about their store pride and employee's well- being. It shows in the way you're treated. I like it. You might too.

These days good employees are hard to find. We really appreciate the store and manager and sales associates for sticking it out and being dedicated to the pet supplies franchise they could be anywhere else working for another company like yeah if they get up every morning and come to work I really appreciate you our community appreciation. Keep up the good work

I started going here for food for my 3 cats and dog, they have a wonderfully selection and the staff is super friendly. They also have cats that live at the store! I used go buy my food online and from big box stores but would rather support Pet Supplies Plus

An amazing location. Great associates with them all being some of the nicest people, and atmosphere Is always good! I have adopted , 2 Guinea pigs . I’m just sad the small pet section / selection is small and that’s my only complaint. Peanut butter & toast (Dark brown and light )
