We have been customers of this CVS for many years. We know the pharmacy staff the best and have always been happy with their efficiency and friendliness. The front cashiers have also been very helpful.

New Patient/Senior Citizen Granted, I've only recently began using CVS. But I already have positive comments, and will give more in the near future. (My insurance no longer worked with my previous pharmacy😃) I chose this particular site because it HAS a drive-thru, they all do not. I chose it for it's easy access, on the corner of two main thoroughfares. It is right next to a strip that has RANDAZZO'S, a GOOD Chinese restaurant, an ice cream place, and other reasons for choosing this location. I've been to the window three times. I've met three different pharmacists (or techs), each time. Each treated me like a long-time patient, very pleasant and friendly. When I couldn't make it to the pickup within the 2-day time frame, a simple phone call promising to pick it up the following day, I was granted an affirmation that my prescriptions would be waiting for me then, instead of placed back in stock. (Which is standard protocol in many pharmacies) And last but certainly not least... The names of the medications were in BOLD LARGE LETTERS, that did not require my trifocals... with double-strength reading glasses over them... in order to know for sure what I was taking. The directions were very readable as well. Hallelujah! A whole new experience from my past years. Thank you HAP!

Garbage! I had to go here because my other CVS was out of my medication. The pharmacy staff was extra rude. What a pain!

I have family members that are incapable of picking up their COVID tests due to age and health. Pharmacies have repeatedly allowed for us to take home the test, get tested, and drop the test back off same day. The attendants here were rude and unwilling to work with myself or my family and simple told me that we are not going to get tested and hung up on me at the drive through. I fail to understand how a pharmacy could DISCOURAGE proper health practices and testing. It's disgusting.

Never have an issue here. Always have my prescriptions ready when I need them. Such a huge relief after the constant nightmare at Meijer pharmacy.

Walked around and seeing if there was anything that I wanted to buy I bought some vitamins some nuts all in all it was a very nice visit of course the people are always friendly and helpful that goes without saying for CVS on Moravian and Garfield Bill Fisher Google guide level 7

Angie the manager was very unapologetic to a double charged issue. She had no problem telling me to come back 3 times but never had a solution!! I will never shop at this location👎🏼

I’ve used this pharmacy for years and they’ve always been helpful and kind and courteous. I’ve never been treated rudely by the pharmacy or store staff and I would consider them kind. This is my home store CVS and I wouldn’t go anywhere different

Absolutely horrible experience with the manager, Nikki, (this is spelled correctly because she sarcastically spelled out her first and last name for me). what occurred is really to long to type and went one way longer than it should have, but it started with her making smart comment about me in front of customers and ended with me calling her something bad. I'm amazed that she was the manager and angry that I allowed myself to lower to her level. I tried calling cooperate but it's the weekend and they were closed so I will call on Monday (oh she graciously gave me the number before spelling out her full name followed by "see if I lose my job".) I wouldn't wish unemployment on anyone, disciplinary action-yes! But it's sad - I'm more worried about her job than she is. The other cashier, Kelsey tried to rectify the situation which was very professional and MATURE for an employee that is over half the age YOUNGER than this so called manager. She was apologetic for Nikki's behavior...I'm sure that wasn't the first time or the last of her disgusting, unprofessional behavior. If any of the customers that were there that day are reading this...my apologies for letting her get the best of me in front of you.
