I am so excited that I found Courtney and The Verapose Yoga House this past January. She is beyond welcoming and the studio the most calming environment. She offers a wide variety of yoga and meditation classes along with other healing modalities that help calm and heal the mind and body. Since joining, I have been to multiple classes every week and definitely miss it when I am not able to make a class. She offers both in person and virtual, so thankfully, there is typically an option to practice! Being a member of Verapose is soul soothing and heart opening. I highly recommend checking it out!

I started my daily yoga journey 5 months ago at home watching YouTube videos. I was nervous to try a studio class, as I was worried that I wouldn't be able to keep up. I finally chose to dive in when I came across Verapose's unlimited two week deal, and I am so happy I did! Courtney has been just amazing and supportive, and all of the other instructors have been welcoming and kind. I just love the beautiful space, and the calming effect just walking into the building has on me. I tell everyone about how great Verapose is!

Verapose Yoga and Meditation House has been my favorite yoga studio to be a part of. They offer a good variety of classes, and each teacher offers modifications in those classes to guide beginning and experienced yogis of all ages through their practice. The owners are kind and welcoming, and the teachers are knowledgeable. A perfect blend to offer self care.

My private lessons with Courtney have changed my life. When I started 18 months ago, I was sitting on a dining room chair, and now I can flip the dog! Courtney does a remarkable job meeting me where I am without a hint of judgement or unreasonable expectation. I pay for the package that includes 10 lessons at a time, and it is best money I spend on myself. We meet virtually or in person, whichever best meets my needs; in fact, Courtney has joined me on vacations (virtually) multiple times🙂

Each time I attend a class at the Yoga House I feel like I have just been to a mini retreat. Whether my mood is happy or sad, Courtney and her gang provide an atmosphere of love and acceptance. Courtney keeps in mind each student's physical limitations and provides alternative poses to keep everyone safe.

Found Verapose after looking into basically all of the local options in the west Ann Arbor/Dexter area. Courtney, Katie and all the instructors all have a fantastic manner and method for conducting the classes. Note that all age ranges and experience levels are usually represented in the classes. Also, having the option to go in-person or virtual is very welcome in the current times. Parking is very convenient - just use the public spots along Baker Road. Keep up the great work!

In tiny Dexter is where you will find this beautiful, inclusive yoga studio and wellness co-op. The online classes allow you to practice where you are. The studio is full of light and CLEAN! Reflexology with Andrea is Amazing. All of the teachers are lovely and helpful. If you want to be your best YOU. This is the place to breathe.
