Best yoga instructor in Dexter, Michigan (MI) 2024

I am so excited that I found Courtney and The Verapose Yoga House this past January. She is beyond welcoming and the studio the most calming environment. She offers a wide variety of yoga and meditation classes along with other healing modalities that help calm and heal the mind and body. Since joining, I have been to multiple classes every week and definitely miss it when I am not able to make a class. She offers both in person and virtual, so thankfully, there is typically an option to practice! Being a member of Verapose is soul soothing and heart opening. I highly recommend checking it out! ~Emily
