They were so awesome with treating my 9yr old and were so accommodating with me since I had to bring my 1yr old to the appointment with us as well. They got a treatment plan together and explained everything to both me and my child.

My appointment today was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. I have a lot of dental work I need to get done and my last dentist was very rude and unkind. I couldn't find a dentist in the area that accepts my insurance so I decided to give Aspen Dental in Flint a try even though I will have to pay cash. Everyone is very kind and they really care. They do not accept my dental insurance but I will continue to use this office from now on and pay out of pocket because they are so wonderful. I am recommending to everyone from now on. If you have had bad experiences with dentists in the past or have a fear of the dentist, please give this one a try. They are truly amazing.

I read lots of people saying the prices are high or "everything is added to the bill". I see it differently, do you want the top tier oral health or just good enough? You get what you pay for. I've been to a few different dental offices in Flint and none were as informative or helpful as Aspen was today. Also, the other offices I've been to did not provide an itemized list like Aspen does. That is why you are seeing more stuff, they aren't just generalizing the bill. I was able to learn all the issues and have my pain addressed and was always asked if I have any questions or concerns. I was able to get a very fair financing plan and I'll be coming back shortly to have my wisdom extractions completed. If you want cheap there are places but do not expect to be comfortable or have a person that actually cares about your overall dental health like Aspen Dental seems to.

I would recommend that if you are having any issue with your teeth or dentures go to Aspen Dental on Baldwin rd. In Lake Orion. The staff is extremely pleasant and professional. They made me feel very comfortable during my visit. Thank you for everything Aspen Dental😁

Made an appointment online and submitted my insurance information. They called me before my appointment and even confirmed my insurance with me I gave them the ID# and everything. When I got there I sat for 30 minutes just for them to tell me they don’t take my insurance. I would have appreciated if they could’ve told me this before I took time off work for this appointment, drove all the way there and sat in the waiting room.

My son went to Aspen Dental for a root canal. After taking X-rays it was a list of items that they listed that needed to be completed with a cost over $5K after insurance. The prices are too high and they try to add every thing to the bill. Once we decided to try another dentist, they sent a bill for the X-rays. I have never paid a dentist for X-rays especially when I have insurance. I would not recommend Aspen.

I went to Aspen Dental in Flint, Michigan for my first visit. After not being to any dentist in many years, I was nervous and embarrassed. My appointment was at 9:30, and when I arrived I waited about 20 minutes before going in for my exam and x-rays. After I went into another room for a consultation with Gina, who was very nice and answered every question I had. Shortly after that Dr Park came in and exam me and reviewed my x-rays. I only have half of my teeth remains, so by his opinion I'm going to have the rest extracted and get complete dentures. I met with Kelly, the office manager to go over details and cost. The total cost was more than I contemplated, as I don't have dental insurance, but still in my budget. After signing for the coming procedures, I had the impressions done and will return next week. Everything was very good, the staff are very nice.
