My visit was quick and easy. The dentist and all of the staff were friendly and answered all of my questions.

Root canal story, needed 2 root canals done. Had gotten pushed out several months with my regular dentist (everyone still using covid as an excuse not to work) went here. My appointment was set out 1 month from my consultation. Being in a serious bit of pain this upset me. But I agreed and set the date. The date arrives, at this point both teeth had broken more and decay had spread further. I got a call the day before my appointment and was told they could only do 1 tooth because he was over scheduled. This was horrible. But I tell them what tooth was bothering me more and committed to the procedure. It went great with little to no pain. Time for my second procedure to be scheduled. Guess what? 1 month out. By this time it's been about 3 months from my original breakage. But again aside from not feeling that my teeth are a priority to these people I commit to the appointment! The date comes I walk into the office and the receptionist demands that I pay immediately before the Dr even saw the tooth. He does an x ray and takes me into the room pokes the tooth and tells me it's to far gone to save. I almost yelled being that I had been attempting to get this tooth fixed for 2 months with these people. I calmly got up and went the the payment lady. She told me the refund would take 7-10 business days to process. This was major BS after demanding payment before being seen. I will not comfortabley trust this pop up dentistry with my teeth ever again. I gave 3 stars because the first root canals was done correctly. I was also supposed to get a phone call to schedule an extraction and never have.

24 May 2022: I had another bad experience with this office today. Had an appointment scheduled for noon. I arrived early to be sure that I was on time. at 12:20 I got up and proceeded to leave. I explained that I did not have all day for an appointment and would be leaving. They gave me the excuse that the hygienist was running a little behind. They checked and it was going to be at least another 5 minutes, she was waiting for a doctor consult. I probably will NOT be going back. As you can see by this post it is not the first time that I have had problems with this office. When I first started with the Battle Creek Aspen Dental I was extremely happy and felt good about my visits. But in the last couple of months because of the pandemic they have changed Dentist and the scheduling is horrible. At the end of January I was in for a cleaning and informed them that I had 2 fillings that need to be replaced. They scheduled an appointment for mid February. The day of the appointment I was called and asked to reschedule because the dentist wasn't in the office and rescheduled for this morning at 11am. At 9 am I get a text message that they were looking forward to seeing me today. At 9:30 I get a phone call and they need to reschedule because the dentist isn't in the office AGAIN today. Being retired I try to schedule my appointments after 9 am and before 3 pm so that people that work can get in for appointments that is more convenient for their working schedule. The only appointments that they have before April 7, 2021 are before 9 am and after 3pm which are NOT convenient for me. The person on the phone I could tell was just as upset with me because of my wishes as I was with the office for their second cancellation. Dr. Mashini PLEASE do something with this office.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The Dentist was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The office manager is amazing and funny. I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

I had an appointment set up for next week and they cancelled and tried to reschedule for 5 months later . Don’t waste your time with these people. Find a real dentist

I'm very pleased how my dentist visit went. I had a broken molar. Dr Ramos answered all my questions and concerns. He had to drill the tooth down to the base of the crack to see if he can save it. And gladly he was able to save my tooth with a crown! I'm always scared about dental visits and him and the assistant made sure I'm in no pain during the procedure. And for the working folks - they're open on Tuesday and Thursday til 6pm!

The worst experience here, paid Motto months back and still haven’t received the motto from lab. Called multiples and barely pick up, keep saying doctor will review and will call back but never did. Aspen dental is the worst!!!

The only downside that I had with my appointment was sticking to an appointment time. I was scheduled to be seen at 4, but was not seen until 430. The dentist and the hygienist were absolutely wonderful. The hygienist was so sweet, and could tell I was very scared and she held my hand during the shots to numb my mouth. The dentist was very nice as well, he explained everything and was very gentle. I was very very numb and didnt feel a thing. I recommend this dentist but be sure to make extra time.

My son feel ice skating and broke his tooth. They took him as a walk in at 5 to 5 pm and stayed with us until 8 pm getting his tooth taken care of. All the members of the clinic in Battle Creek were kind and had alot patience as we were walking in at closing time. They tried to save his tooth but the damage waa too much and I think they were just as disappointed as I was that the tooth had to be removed.

I highly recommend Aspen Dental for everyone! The staff is so nice and accommodating. They made what could have been a extremely unpleasant experience as pleasant as it could possibly be. They worked with me and helped make it financially possible to get the work done that I needed. The doctors are amazing as well as the assistants. I don’t think I could’ve had a better experience for one of the scariest experiences of my life.
