I just got my first paycheck and haven't sorted out my banking yet. I got a paper check and seen it was out of Chase Bank, so that was my plan. Since this was a partial check for $300 I didn't want to open an account this week. Not only was inside not open, I was charged $10 to cash a check out of my works bank!!!!! To top it off she gave me 3, $100 bills without asking what denomination I wanted. I am not getting my planned account here next week, OR EVER NOW!

Well deserving of their bad rating. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are not supportive of local businesses or business owners, even though I have used them for my personal banking for years. They misrepresent their business and are dishonest with their customers. STAY AWAY.

The branch is so unprofessional. They shorted our company change (we needed $50 in ones and they gave us $40 wrapped in a 50 band. We called immediately to report he problem and they would investigate.... 10 days later they have done nothing. Worst bank branch I have ever seen!

What I assume to be the bank manager just close the door in my face without explanation at 11:51 a.m. April 8th 2021. This branch leaves a lot to be desired, like being open. Headed to Grand Blanc to talk to their manager and actually get anything done today.

Their atm will not withdraw your money and you will have to file a dispute. Mine has takin months. I’m pretty sure they are scamming because it has happened to multiple people in the last couple months.
