I have a check drawn off 5/3 for $5.29. Due to a “new policy” any checks less than $10 have a $5 for non-customers. So to cash my check for $5.29, which is DRAWN OFF OF THEIR BANK, they want to charge me $5.00. This place needs to go bankrupt.

My husband & I have been with this bank (joint)for 4 years! We really loved this bank and this location. Never had a problem! Tellers/account specialist/managers were always proffesional and extremely friendly with us. Today however, was the worst experience ever and lead us to the decision to remove our money and close our accounts out. A teller (apparently new) by the name of Laura was extremely prejudiced, unproffesional, and a bad customer service representation for the bank. First, she was not discreet with our information or the amount we were trying to remove from the bank. Mind you there were customers behind us. Secondly she was extremely biased and prejudiced towards reasons why we were removing the money and where it came from. She then, flat out lied and said she could not give us the amount we were asking for because the bank did not have the funds (Isn't that the main reason to go inside a bank, instead of atm?!?!) She then proceeded to treat my husband as if he was forcing me to take the money out of OUR account. Basically trying to force me to sign up for alerts that would go to my phone and not my husband's. When we stated to her several times that alerts from both cards goes to my email and my husband's phone. Eventually she agreed to give us a smaller amount but shoved the money in my husband's hand without counting it. We left feeling so disrespected and judged. Thats not the last. As I stated before we have had this account for 4 years we have never had any blocks , holds or withdrawal limits to our debit cards. However today after leaving the bank, we could not remove certain amounts of money without a fraud alert being sent out and supicious activity block being put on our account. With all that being said we will not be staying with this bank, and will take our services elsewhere. New bankers BEWARE!!!.
