616 Motors is not the average used car dealership, nor does it employ the average used car salesmen that the general public typically try to avoid. I have now purchased THREE different Subaru Foresters from 616 Motors, and still they never cease to amaze me. They are never pushy, and are always honest about every vehicle on their lot that interests me. They are incredibly considerate, and consistently doing everything they can so that i'll leave happy, and more than satisfied. As a young female, it has always been an intimidating experience for me buying a used car. Since I have been buying from 616, I have NEVER felt patronized or like I'm being taken advantage of because of my lack of education on the subject. Every single employee, including the owners, are genuine, down to earth human beings. Every time something has gone wrong with one of my vehicles, I give them a call and they are on it like white on rice. They either fix it themselves within a few days, or refer me to someone who can help. I cannot recommend this dealership enough, and I promise you will not be nearly as satisfied and well taken care of going anywhere else. If I could give them 500 stars I would!

Had a great experience buying a used car here. We had a tiny issue pop up 2 weeks after buying it, they were more than willing to have us bring it in and fix the issue free of charge. When it comes time to replace our old beater we will be buying from these guys again.

Amazing selection of cars and not pushy at all. Sensor went bad on the car a couple weeks into having it and they got me in with in a day to get it fixed and covered the fix. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Out of all the dealerships within 2 hours of us they had the best and fairest prices. Will absolutely be purchasing our next car from them.

Matt made this the easiest buying experience ever and that’s saying something with all the cars I buy. Easy from first to last text and videos he sent me of the FJ. I’m an out of state buyer and he even picked me up at the airport and offered me lunch. I was in and out of 616 in less then 30 minutes and back on the road to head home. With travel time I still spent less time on the hassle free deal then I have with other dealers in the past. Even the after purchase follow up was perfect. Will I travel to buy from Matt and 616 again? Absolutely!

Shortly after purchasing my 09 Forester we found the Catalytic Convertor was shot and they offered to replace it for free with no hassle. I purchased a 2013 Audi A4 from Matt a few months ago. Matt was very helpful when I presented him with my list of wants. I found his prices to be very reasonable considering everywhere has raised their prices due to the car shortage.After my first visit I had my car picked out. I returned a couple days later and the paper work was all ready to go. The signing process took about 10 minutes. Matt is very organized, not pushy, and knows his inventory inside and out. I've since had to replace the oil sensor and the spark plugs, but other than that the car has been perfect. I would definitely recommend 616 motors and will use them again for my family's next car purchase.
