Uhm, might want to update your hours online. Drove 25 minutes to return my shoes, got there at 6:15pm on a Saturday, and the store was closed? 10am-8pm…? Don’t think so

Great service. Not a ton of selection but you can still find some pretty good jazzy footwear. Taylor and Tiana are super friendly and fashion experts. They helped me solve my boot conundrum as they graciously offered their expertise on the matter and I left a very satisfied customer with a nice pair of boots in tow.

Very disappointed. 11 days ago I went to the store and as usual they only have a few sizes of all of their shoes on display. I needed a pair of shows for an event I have coming up in 2 days that I am leaving for early in the morning. I found a pair I liked but of course they didn’t have my size. The girl working there helped me set up an order for my size to have delivered to my house. I said this needs to be at my house in time for my event. She said don’t worry it will be 5 days tops and charged me for the shoes. Here I am, 11 days later and the tracking number shows it shipped from my same state 9 days ago saying it would be delivered 5 days ago. It had no updates for a whole week then 3 days ago it showed it was received at a nearby facility but no updates on the tracking since then. I called Famous Footwear customer service who blamed Fedex and said they always have problems with them. Then why did you let me order the shoes knowing I needed them for an event if you always have problems with Fed Ex? I am leaving early the day after tomorrow for the event and I have no shoes to wear and Fed Ex said they can’t even do a lost package until tomorrow which does not help me. I wish I had gone somewhere else and I definitely won’t waste any time in the future on this store. At this point I am just going to have to go get shoes to ight or tomorrow night which is very inconvenient because I ordered the shoes 11 days ago so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. Thanks a lot!!!

The shoe selection was adequate. Customer service needs an update. Yolanda at checkout was extremely short and rude with my mother. We’ve been shopping here for years, and when we asked if she could bag the shoes without the box. She snapped they don’t keep the boxes, they never have. We completely understand new policy but interesting how that’s never been the rule. Yolanda could have been a tad more polite. Unfortunately because of her lack customer service cost the store long term business.

Couldn't shop in your store with my 6 month in his car seat in a carriage because you don't allow carriages in your store. Work on becoming more user friendly to your customers. There are a lot of shoes in his future as well as the ones my wife and I will now buy elsewhere .

One of the worst stores I have been in. The lady at the entrance was busy checking something on her phone to even bother to lift her head up and greet anyone who walked in. The other young girl was very 'busy' stocking the already full shelves and was dodging any chance she could find to interact with any customers. My family and I promptly walked out after a few minutesminu took our business to Kohl's.
