I don’t know how a place charges a deposit on a drink like vizzy hard seltzer and then refuses to give you the deposit back. I tried the machine, it said not today. So I tried customer service. They tried scanning it and said nope we don’t except these. I pointed out that they currently sell this exact beverage. But still a no. And it was only 20-25 cans. All clean and dry. I just don’t understand how this system works. I guess Meijer it is today.

I love the Pharmacy's staff, the Deli's chicken pot pies & the plain donuts at the bakery. But the plaid baseball cap wearing woman who works there is very rude and should be a little bit gentler with seniors when they ask questions about the donuts!🤨😠 I listened to her get very "snarky" when a senior citizen woman asked the differences between some donuts (Long johns that had labels missing) This "very busy workers" reply, by yelling with her back to the counter, was, " read the sign!" I thought, "Oh, Hell NO!!" And said, "Not nice! if she could read the sign she would have!!! I'd like to know also please! Because I need a few." The plaid-baseball hat lady mumbled something and threw a rag down and said "I'll be back in just a minute. I got to go help these people read." She came around the counter and said and pointed to the donut saying, "There!" and there wasn't a card there!! "Well, this one's Bavarian filled and this one's...oh darn it. " and then she explained which ones were which and then walked away from us not saying sorry or anything and I said to the other woman, "I think somebody's having a bad day!" But the sweet looking Granny said, Humm? I was thinking, more like Week, Month or Year and needs a vacation or maybe a timeout!" We laughed! Got our donuts and left! On my last quick trip here, I picked up something special for my mom and since she loves cheesecake, I grab this 4 pack - Cookies and Cream Cheese Cake from the freezer section. It was a bit expensive! But it looked So good on the package. Filled to the top of the brown bowl with filling and covered with crushed cookies chunks! But this is what we got upon opening the box. A whole bunch of disappointment! I'm adding photos to let you see for yourselves. Don't purchase this! Lastly, D&W is so fresh, you get fresh fruit flies with every purchase!!! 😠 But, I could really do without all of the Fruit Flies that permeated my home that came On the Expensive, Organic Grapes and Oranges that I purchased!! It was a horrible infestation of my Entire Home!! It happened not once. But twice! And Yes. I did wash the grapes. I did not wash the oranges right away though. 😒 Ugh! I will Never let it happen again!! I'm done buying fruit that has bugs and that goes bad so quickly! Walmart's fruits & veggies last way longer! I've never got bugs their produce yet! Plus, it's cheaper!

Great store! Their meat counter and seafood options are excellent! Senior discount day is Wednesday.

D&W is always clean. Great produce! Typically every department is excellent. They are more expensive than a Walmart but they are also a smaller chain store. Get the “YES” card to get the special pricing/discounts on items. You will definitely get better service at D&W over Walmart. At least that has been my experience. Lol.

I like their fresh breads and pastries, variety of cheeses, delicious Deli salads, rotisserie chickens and BBQ's to just mention a few and I can only recommend to shop at D&W Fresh Market for many more available items.

A well-stocked grocery store with many unique-quality-specialty items. I still couldn't find pickled ginger, but they did have sashmi-grade tuna in frozen, vacuum sealed wrap. It looks great and fresh.

I liked going here after work to see what bourbon they have. The guy running the liquor dept asked if I was looking for anything particular. I said no I'm just looking to see what you have. Just looking to see if I can find something different. He responded with oh you want the good stuff blanton, Weller, that stuff is in the back, you have to go through me to get it and those bottles are spoken for. So I left very upset to be treated like that when just looking and not looking to spend the money on the bottles he mentioned. Il take my elsewhere if that is how I'm going to treated don't need someone's authority shoved down my throat because they work in a grocery store.

This is a great place to shop or just hang and drink coffee or tea and idle away time. The produce section is outstanding, fresh and cared for. The meat market has some mighty tasty looking offerings. A shopper could spend half a day in the wine, beer and liquor section. The selection is better than most. There bakery and deli counter deserve mention also. There is a Starbucks up front. The downside is that, D&W is a tad bit pricey. BUT...One Gets what one pays for.

High prices and good selection but it feels as if they are trying to emulate Whole Foods and are coming up short when it comes to providing a superior experience.

This D & W is pretty clean. They have a pretty selection of food to choose from. Their prices are a little higher than Meijer or Walmart. Take a look at my pictures and you will be able tell.
