Maxine "Max" is truly amazing. She has gone above and beyond to help me get my name changed on my Chase Credit Card. She is so friendly and helpful, my words don't do her justice. If you need ANYTHING, she is willing to fight for you and then call to update you on the status. She makes me believe Chase cares.

Teller yelled at me to put on a mask....No Thank you was my response, then she continued to yell at me. Guess what, i can take MY BUSINESS to another bank. Will greatly consider doing so. Dont bank with chase, they treat you like dirt for understanding the constitution!

Beware! The worst I've ever seen.. after countless calls to them and hours of being on hold I informed them that my elderly father with parkensons disease was a victim of identity theft and financial exploitation of the elderly and a credit card was fraudulently opened in his name with them. I gave them the name of the person with did this along with the detectives name asigned to the case and they did not care and have been consistently harassing my father with threats of sueing him in court victimizing him all over again. I've since contacted an attorney and intend to contact my local news station.

Absolute worst nightmare come true. You'd think with it being a bank and all, they would be helpful. They will gladly help set you up for future bankruptcy so they can take your home away, glad I walked and found a much better place.

Dreaded going to this location. All I can say is RACISM AT ITS FINEST!!!!!! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE. TOLD 3 OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS TO LEAVE THIS RACIST FACTORY. THEY CLOSED THEIR ACCOUNTS.

Been going to this bank for about 4 years now. Like, this particular bank at this particular location. I stop in minimum once a month, sometimes more. For 4 years straight. A couple weeks ago I lost my wallet and needed to put a hold on my card. So I stopped in. The person I spoke to said I needed my drivers license in order to do that. I told her my license was in my wallet - which was missing, hence the reason for my stopping in. She said she could put a hold on my card and issue me a new one IF anyone there recognized me. No one did. After 4 YEARS of coming to this place regularly, not a single associate recognized me or knew my name. She also said that I could see a banker - but that they were with customers and there were two other customers ahead of me waiting. So while I waited for who knows how long, someone could have been using my card and spending all my money. But whatever it's only my account and my money, right? I mean it's not like the only purpose of banks is to handle people's accounts and money. OH WAIT. It is. I'll be canceling my account and switching to another one as soon as I'm able.

Excellent bank! I have never been more impressed with a bank except for the first several years at USAA, than they went downhill so this is where I trust my $$, and they also answer their phones when other banks don't , very important when you need help on Christmas Eve!
