May 14, 2022 stopped in to get gas. We had already filled one vehicle up. Came home went back to fill daughter's car up for her. Went to one pump (card wouldn't work), went to next pump, same situation (mind you, I was just there filling up one of our vehicles). Went in side asked is there something wrong with the pumps; I was just here 5 minutes ago and filled up $82). Cocky son of a ***** said "I DON'T KNOW, TAKE IT UP WITH YOUR BANK" I DON"T KNOW WHY IT ISN'T WORKING." I asked if he would just run it inside being it could have been the pumps. He says, "I TOLD YOU, I DON'T KNOW! TAKE IT UP WITH YOUR BANK." I actually stood there with my mouth open, in disbelief... and he just went back talking and looking at his phone. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MARATHON....YOU HIRED A DOOZIE... Me and my family will never be back. Oh, and by the way, I went and spent $210 up the road to Speedway. You won't get my business again. ~Sarah

Walked up at 9:55, chick in the Deadpool shirt locks the door complaining at ME through the door that she's "gotta be out by 10:05" and THAT'S why she wouldn't let me in to buy a water when I had just walked up there and made it with 5 mins to spare. I got news for you woman: that attitude is what will keep you working a gas station job the rest of your life. You literally don't deserve any better with how you conduct business. ~K.

Used this Walgreens for years but not any more. Entire pharmacy staff has changed since COVID. I’ve waited weeks for refills to be filled when it used to take less than a week. I’m still waiting on a June 20 order which is 23 days ago. ~Mary

This CVS went above and beyond to help me out tonight. I pulled up to the store right at closing time (I did not check the hours before coming). Both Danielle and Seth greeted me at the door ready to close up for the night. I told them it was totally fine and I would come back another time. As I was about to leave Seth asked what I needed assistance with. I explained that I wanted to print a photo for my dad’s birthday. Seth then made an executive decision and welcomed me in. He brought me over to the photo desk and walked me through the steps to print the photo for my dad. Needless to say, it was a small gesture but it meant the world to me. Thank you Seth and Danielle for the GREAT customer service! ~Ashley

My roommate was having a hitch installed. The mechanic, Mike, was super helpful. He told us about an issue with the exhaust system that he saw. This saved her some time and money when the car went in to the mechanic. ~Amy-Sue

First off, what an amazing experience with a storage unit rental! Jenny was super helpful and made sure we had all we needed to store our stuff as we needed it for our upcoming renovation project! The units are very clean and well kept. The indoor storage is temperature controlled and you never have to worry about weather conditions! I have to add that it is also nice to be able to drive your vehicle inside! There are carts available to help you load or unload as well! Just overly amazed by the convenience and prices for such a great storage unit! ~Jana

Merl's performed a AAA flat tire flatbed tow on my 2015 Tesla. The intake phone call was very courteous and they gave me an estimated arrival time. The two tow truck personnel were very friendly, knowledgeable about the specifics of the car and very careful. The transfer to my preferred shop was taken care of swiftly and the offloading, once again, was done with extra care. All around, everyone was great to deal with! ~Karl
