I was alone in a strange town and got a flat tire on my husbands brand new BMW….I pulled off the interstate and into a parking lot Ito call AAA….I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Merl’s Towing! Communication was very clear. The driver was nice and did his best to get my car up on the truck without causing more damage. Only took an hour to show up and they called when they arrived. Pretty good service.

Called for a tow and I was told I would have a truck within 20 minutes and it showed within 15. Tow truck operator was friendly and knowledgeable and took care of business exceptionally fast! I had just flown in from Detroit, and we got in very late (after midnight) and I drove out of the airport. I was looking for a hotel to spend the night. I parked my car at the Meijer parking lot. I must have left my lights on, as when I tried to go to the only hotel with availability, the car wouldn’t start. I called AAA and they dispatched this towing service. I got a call from the towing service, and the gentleman figured out that I was really tired, and needed help. He was very kind and supportive, and said that the truck was in the area and would be right over. They came immediately! The driver was very kind, and started the car quickly. The super capable Merl's truck arrived within 15 minutes of my call, ready to troubleshoot common issues. When problem proved to be something else, we loaded, hauled to our nearby mechanic, and paid right in the truck. Whole experience took less than an hour and price was very reasonable. Great service! Merl's performed a AAA flat tire flatbed tow on my 2015 Tesla. The intake phone call was very courteous and they gave me an estimated arrival time. The two tow truck personnel were very friendly, knowledgeable about the specifics of the car and very careful. The transfer to my preferred shop was taken care of swiftly and the offloading, once again, was done with extra care. All around, everyone was great to deal with!
