i’m extremely disappointed with my oil change service. after i got my oil changed my car was acting strange and my engine light came on. i took it to someone else and they told they had put DOUBLE the amount of oil they should have and i could have been without a car if i had driven it much longer. i’m so disappointed because they seemed nice and knowledgeable but this mistake is ridiculous and could have left me injured and without a car.

Awesome service!.... Was in need of a new tire & quick. I called & was given the exact amount of what I'd be paying & told I could come in right away. The price was great & the service was quick. Employees were extremely friendly & professional. The customer lounge was really nice too!

Update: Please see at very bottom. HORRIBLE! If I could give it ZERO STARS that's what it would be ZERO! The way I was treated in that store was completely unacceptable, unnecessary, and totally uncalled for. When I walked into the establishment it was a group of men standing and having conversation. As I was walking up to the counter everyone dispersed, so I walk over to the service and tire counter where another person told me that I needed to be over at the other desk. But I explained to him that EVERYONE left that area as to not wanting to assist me. So he calls the guy over to help and he didn't speak or acknowledge hr just pointed to the register he was working from. I let him know what I needed (wiper blades) and he told me and walked away. Now I must admit I was standing there looking lost because it was so many kinds to choose from. Then as he was walking up towards me he made the comment that I had been there a little too long.... (you don't say...???) When I finally get the correct blades I go to the counter and I had a coupon (pep boys) and in a snarky way and totally unnecessary says, "That coupon is useless". Like seriously!! He didn't even need to say all of that. So I paid for the product and he didn't even say a word, he just handed me my card and receipt. And I only made my purchase at this unkind establishment because it's currently raining and I needed them. But if I hadn't I would have left and went to another auto parts store. I asked his name and he said STEVE. I hope that the new owner's of this location gives some type of class or simply fires STEVE. Because his attitude from the moment I walked in was that of a very sad, depressed individual who has deep-rooted issues. If you didn't come to do a job don't go to work. Update: I spoke with the store manager and an apology was made on behalf of his employee. Thank you very much. -@According2teau
