If you expect to order something online, then expect to get it on the day it says you will or the following day. Don't count on it I order a radiator on 06/30 I was suppose to receive it on 07/06. I checked the tracking number on order, said it was delayed with no other info, some info would have been nice like where it's at now or if it left the warehouse like anything else you order. So I called customer service and they said it wasn't even shipped yet. But he said it will be shipped out tonight 07/06. That it will take 5-10 days to get here if it even gets shipped this time. One job and it can't even get done right. I am sure this happens with all locations of this business.

Visited this store to buy a sun shade for my car window. The first one I bought wasn't a great fit, so I was able to go back in the store, return it, and purchase a new one. Great staff, good place to buy parts from. Not a grand selection of things, but decent.

If you value your time, don't go here. Put in the effort to go down the road to Carquest or Advance. Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful.

I was welcomed by Darrell,very nice and funny😆,was helpful in buying some Sea Foam motor treatment along with getting new wiper blades for 2 of my cars. Was gonna put them on in the rain,but I was not in a hurry to get them on. So I told him to stay dry.

I came into the store to buy something and i really had ro ise the restroom. In the back the is a sigh on two doors saying women and mens. I thought thank goodness i can ise the bathroom. At mo where on the door did ot say no public restrooms nor that yo had ro ask. So as soon as i got into the restroom and began using it i got a very loud banging on the door with an employee screaming at me there is no public restrooms and if you needed to use it you had to ask. I apologized and said I didn't know. Needless to say after that experience I left the bathroom and left the store. It was extremely rude and like I said there was no sign on the door stating that you need to ask to use the restroom. Therefore I will never be coming back to that store. I felt like a three-year-old getting scolded by my mother. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional.

Store manager is extremely rude. Had me install damaged parts from store on my vehicle to prove to him they were bad before replacing making me do the job twice.

I had 15 mins left til closing time and this black girl gonna say you have 15 mins left. I’m like.. I can tell time… feeling rush by employees is one of the rudest way to treat a customer. I’m just here for some wire connectors and I’m out Less than 2 mins. 2/9/22

Theives! - They add items and dont tell you! I was buying light bulbs - I knew what I needed, got my H11 bulbs and went to the counter to check out with the associate (Female) Te total looked different so I asked what was rung up and found she added bulb grease to my order without my knowledge, asking, or even showing it to me! This was done right next to manager Karl who saw and did nothing when I caught it. I said "Why is this on my receipt? I didn't put this on the counter or ask for it." She was speechless so i asked again and she said it was "suggestive selling" but NEVER said or suggested anything! (Check the security camera for the addition of the item to the sale and my bag so I wouldn't notice.) It was intentionally added in secret which is theft from me! I confronted Karl asking if he was the manager since he was just staring at us silent as if caught red handed. He said he was one of the managers and I repeated "Why was this added without my knowledge?" to which he said it was an honest mistake - no other words or apology. No Karl, it was a DIS-honest mistake to add on things just to hit sales numbers or whatever the motivation. I asked for a complete refund and went to Advanced Auto. I believe both Karl and the associate are in on this scheme and have done this multiple times just to get extra add on sales with small dollar amounts so people wouldn't notice.
