I am very pleased with my purchase and service at this hot wheel city location. Nick was absolutely AMAZING. With me being a female it's important I ask questions, lots of them. Nick was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. they had my car Looking like a completely new BEAST within an hour. everybody there was in WOW, I shed a few tears lol, and on the way home I was stopped in traffic 3 times just for guys to tell me how SWEET my jeep looked lol, NICK you got me all the way together I am beyond happy and will recommend and refer everyone I know! Thank you for not taking advantage of a young woman and making sure she left your store in style and with a SMILE! BEFORE & AFTER!

I would give no stars if I could the staff is very unprofessional and rude even after I paid 600 for tires that won't stay inflated I was told they couldn't help me and the guy just walked away if you are looking for good customer service or good quality products go somewhere else because yes they will take your money but after that you are own your own

my carpet cleaning blew a tire on my way to a job on Saturday They were able to find a tire in the back put it on and have me back on the road in a 1/2 an hour gave me a great deal on a used tire Highly recommend these guys good service

Hot Wheel City has bad customer service. I was made to wait over an hour to get a tire changed and they had no customers. Instead they loaded a truck while I waited. It took about 10 mins once they started. Manager had nothing to say about it.(Madison Heights location). I also ordered a set of very expensive wheels about 8 months ago. There was an issue with the paint so they had to be repainted and that was around the 4th of July. I called today to get an update and was placed on hold for over 15min. I hung up called back and was immediately place on hold. When they came back to the phone the guy had an attitude when I told him I was on hold all that time. He the. Tells me that he has updated my salesman. Well I’m the customer update me damnit!!! I have bought 3 sets of wheel from them but won’t spend another nickel there.

Dealer told me my rim was bent so I hit up Nick and my mans took care of me. Plus he got me a great price for a used tire as well. Definitely got a returning customer for sure.
