I enjoy shopping at the store so much that I find myself in there twice a week. The staff is very courteous along with being knowledgeable and always willing to assess and that’s what I love about them, I’ve been in the store two times this week already and I’m waiting for it to open just today if you haven’t been to city Tran on 7990 West Outer Dr. may I please suggest you should go there you save money and you look real good in their clothes. The customer service here is very poor. None of the associates were wearing masks and they didn't require the customers to wear masks either. The associates also carried on loud personal conversations while using profane and vulgar language. I've been to this location many times. Although the some of the associates are friendly, they lack professionalism. Some customer service training could help get these individuals in line with the standards that Citi Trends have set within their corporation.

They should put a negative star for this place. I walked in and noticed that NONE of the employees were wearing a mask. I said something about them not wearing a mask and you would of thought i cussed them out or talked about their Mother. Rude, rude, rude place. They didn't have a good selection of anything a lot of the glass things were broken up. This was my first and last time coming to this place!!! Terrible!!!

One of the worst locations. Clothes in every section ladies men's children; jewelry Etc... everywhere!!! Unorganized...doesn't seem like they straighten up much. However I gave two stars because the employees are always very nice.

I'm always greeted when I enter the store. That let's me know they aknowledge me. Someone is always around to assist me. I found some cute summer dresses. I love this store ❤️! I recommend this store to everyone!

Good deals but some merch is not true to size. If you're plus suze like me, pick a suze or 2 up. Also they needed help long line and merch needed to be picked up and organized. Customers are so messy.
