Today I’ve had one of the most amazing , and Quick experiences with Western auto service. I came in to get new breaks and rotors , when the owner Fred noticed that I had also had some fluid leaking from my car due to a recent accident. Turns out i’d Damaged my radiator from a prior accident. Brett and his son Immediately Hoisted my car up and got to work ! They’d sent out for parts , given me a ride home , and repaired everything all within the SAME DAY! Not only where they FAIR PRICED, FAST and EFFICIENT! but they also helped me out with a paying plan because I was short on funds at the time. Western Auto is one of the TOP BEST !!Mechanics to visit near In Hazel park/Warren area! I highly recommend if you want a quality experience.☺️ Services: Engine repair, Brakes

Eddie is the best! Freddy was great also! Very personable, as well as welcoming. I have a 2012 Chevy equinox, and Eddie figured out what my check engine light issue was! Even when multiple mechanics worked on it! I called after noon and he had it in the air and scanned same day. He Ordered a replacement secondary air injection pump same day and it arrived within a day, repaired on my time convenience. He called as soon as the part arrived and while I was there in the office! Prices are way cheaper then most mechanic shops. Just repaired today from a co worker referral, no check engine light back on as of yet. Eddie is very knowledgeable and answered all of my reasonable and unreasonable questions lol. He even showed me what was wrong with my car and checked another mechanics work to make sure it was done correctly. Every complaint I had Eddie took care of. Amazing! Eddie definitely does great work! Will be back for further repairs for my equinox. He even told me a few common issues with my vehicle that I didn't know about. A1! Didn't treat me like I was dumb either. Thanks again Eddie and Freddy!

After picking up my car from another mechanic, I needed an urgent wheel alignment and had work in 2 hours. I walked into Western and Eddie had me hoisted within 20 minutes and out the door in another 20. He did such an incredible job and he even had the courtesy to double check the work done by the other mechanic. He pointed out that I needed a new power steering line.
