I have always had better service here than other stores like it in my area. Not this time. I was in line to make a purchase. The lady in front of me needed help with the wiper blades she purchased. The clerk told me she would be back in a minute. There were 2 other employees behind the counter that ignored me. I left. I work in retail. You don't leave a customer standing there and ignore them. I won't be back. Another local store got my business.

I purchased wiper blades there a week ago. I notice today that one of them are starting to split at the end. I called them and was told there is nothing they can do.... hmmm.... really? Not that it's bad enough a mediocre pair of blades cost around $60. But, you cant exchange them if they are defective? I will never buy another thing from Autozone again. Carry on.

The service has been good but some things you would come out better buying elsewhere. They thrive off trying to get over on batteries. Have a red top was told it couldn't be charged. I bought a charger and charged it myself otherwise a good store

I’m glad that somebody stepped in and told them that they have to wear masks too. I noticed they also put up protective guards between you and the cashier. But it looks like the manager still did not get the memo. I will say that this is the first time that somebody actually walked me to the item and assisted me in finding what I was looking for. He was a trainee and he was very friendly.

I bought windshield wiper blades. I didn't have to ask, Amanda volunteered to put them on as she was ringing them up. She is the reason for the 5 stars. Customer service was worth 5 stars to me.
