I am so glad that I called Au Sable Towing to help get out of some snow/ice situation at my cabin. The dispatcher was super nice and immediately said they had someone to help. I was lucky enough to be helped by Will, of the other great Google reviews. 😀 He arrived quickly and knew exactly what to do to get me unstuck. He was kind and even though my cabin was a little hard to get to, super patient. He also gave me great advice about future snow driving. The whole experience was smooth and fast. They were very helpful fixed my tire politely even tho it was not a simple tire change stripped lugs guys didn't even complain and only charged the quoted rate instead of increasing due to problem which would have been totally understandable good people got me back on the rd as soon as they could

Not exactly the brightest moment in my life, but I decided to go down a two track in my Chevy volt, and things got real, super quick lol. I got stuck in sand up to the frame, dug myself deeper trying to get out. Called ausable towing, and prepared to wait hours for the tow truck to show, to my surprise, they were there within 15-20 minutes! I was nervous as my car is electric/hybrid but Will knew exactly what he was doing. Will was also super respectful and careful with my car and had it out of the sand trap and me on my way a lot faster than I ever would’ve imagined. He followed me out of the two track to make sure I didn’t get stuck again too! I was expecting some outrageous bill but it wasn’t that bad. I went home and made a promise to myself “no more two tracking in the volt!” - That was enough excitement for the day, lol You can’t tell in the picture but my passenger wheel was dangling in the air, it was pretty stuck! If I didn’t have bad luck, I wouldn’t have any luck at all, but today I had really GOOD luck with AuSable towing! Highly recommended 10/10. Thank you Will!!

Hands down the best place if you are in need of a tow service. The owner is more than fair and just a great individual. He was accommodating and went out of his way to Make sure we were safe. And the driver Will was top notch as well! We cannot say enough good things about this company. If you ever need a professional, Will is your guy!

Had a situation that needed their attention. By the time the situation was over I called back stating their service was not required anymore. At that time the recovery vehicle showed. I asked the driver if I owed them for coming out. Very friendly and curtious to me. If I were in need again I am calling AuSable Towing. Thanks for all you do.
