We Have had Fick & Sons since 2009 and have never had a problem. I don't understand why all the negative reviews.From the ladies in the office to the truck drivers, they have always been kind courteous and prompt with there service. Thank you.

When we moved to Michigan and bought our home we decided to use fick and sons for propane. We were having to fill the tank once a month summer and more in the winter. Amazing once we switched we have not had to fill our tank once yet and it's been 4 months with heater turned on. I should have switched away from fick and sons sooner rather than limiting my children to showers evey two days and having the heater set at 55 degrees. I will never go back to this company EVER. Complete rip off!!!!

Their drivers and ignorant and dangerous on the road. Feb 19, 2021 at approximately 6:50am one of there semi truck which was yellow in color pulling one of Fick & Sons tankers was heading south on I-75 between the Sterling and Standish exits. This truck was about 10-20 behind a Jeep Grand Cherokee with the high beams on blinding the driver in the Jeep. This is completely reckless and uncalled for. I've been calling around looking for a new propane provider, and after this incident I'll be sure to not call Fick & sons for service. I've sent Fick & sons an email message Friday morning and got no response. This shows they do NOT care.

Shady company, decided to try Fick & Sons last year for propane service. Contract period runs until end of April, company never came out to fill prior to contract expiration, but decided to come out 6 days after contract period and charge me $.40/gallon more than contract and $.30/gallon than other propane companies in the area. I called, office didn't care, said they'd have the manager contact me, still waiting over a week later for that call. Don't trust this company, poor business practices.

If buying a new tank, be warned that they charge twice the price Tractor Supply charges. Don’t just trust them, shop around and $ave.

Ask them the price variance of a customer with/without an account then ask them how much to fill up a 100 gal cylinder. Basically u will find loyal long term customers pay 3 times as much. Super dishonest company.

I guess I dont understand the negitive comments, these folks are great. The driver even came out on a Sunday to help me out. No complaints whatsoever.

It is very hard to keep business local in my home town when the diesel shop can not bother to return your calls (yes calls) after 3 days. I guess we'll support another town and community!

Don't believe the commercial!!!..from the disrespectful secretary to the cocky sales person (Eric)..to the delivery man who walked off the job..all the employees in this company need a class in customer appreciarion and customer service!!!....call someone else
