5 Best beauty supply store in Grand Rapids, Michigan (MI) 2024

Used this Walgreens for years but not any more. Entire pharmacy staff has changed since COVID. I’ve waited weeks for refills to be filled when it used to take less than a week. I’m still waiting on a June 20 order which is 23 days ago. ~Mary

This CVS went above and beyond to help me out tonight. I pulled up to the store right at closing time (I did not check the hours before coming). Both Danielle and Seth greeted me at the door ready to close up for the night. I told them it was totally fine and I would come back another time. As I was about to leave Seth asked what I needed assistance with. I explained that I wanted to print a photo for my dad’s birthday. Seth then made an executive decision and welcomed me in. He brought me over to the photo desk and walked me through the steps to print the photo for my dad. Needless to say, it was a small gesture but it meant the world to me. Thank you Seth and Danielle for the GREAT customer service! ~Ashley

Went to three Walgreens before we finally found one that could send out our disposable cameras. We got them all packaged up and we were told two weeks at the latest. It's been over six weeks. I just called to check and they said that they haven't even been sent out yet. I'm seriously annoyed. ~Brienna

The best times of Macy‘s department stores were long time ago. Abandoned and empty showrooms are not uncommon… here too, unfortunately. This store was also a bit messy and untidy. ~Thomas

This place is always a hot mess. They try so hard but the people that enter this store make it trash. The don't put things back where they got them and they littler the store with trash from stolen items. They have great staff just not enough when it matters ~Heather
