I had a fantastic experience while shopping at this Macy's. Jenni (I'm sorry if I spelled your name wrong) helped me shop for a very important event. She was extremely patient and listened to my needs. She was able to quickly find a few outfits for me to try and gave honest feedback. I didn't feel like she was just trying to make money, but instead I felt that she was as invested as I was in finding the right outfit. I'll absolutely go back whenever I need some help picking out a new outfit!

Went down hill. Very messy. Only one available dressing room. I don't buy new things often, I dread shopping but found what I needed at Von Muir. Place was clean and organized. Got my dress 90% off!

The best times of Macy‘s department stores were long time ago. Abandoned and empty showrooms are not uncommon… here too, unfortunately. This store was also a bit messy and untidy.

Scott in the shoe department was a great help finding heels for a birthday party. couldn't find the brand I was looking for, and he not only found me ones in the same style but helped me find my size as well. I don't often buy shoes so it was really appreciated

Rick in Furniture/Bedding was very helpful, informative, and provided great follow up. We personally enjoy our furniture from Macys, wish they pushed the lines out to more stores, so much easier to buy when you can sit and try! Great job Rick!

They had a good deal on swimwear when I went. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and will help you if you need assistance. The second floor is supposed to get a Toys R Us and I can't wait for that!

My last experience was just horrible. I waited 27 minutes to just return one item. The 2 cashiers were just casually talking as if their wasn't other people waiting in line. I had to go to 2 other cashier's. One customer service transaction should not 30 minutes. This is totally unacceptable and disappointing.

Purchased towels from Macy’s, Hotel collection, after the first wash there are threads coming loose on all of them. They were on sale, guess I know why now. Dissatisfied…disappointed…expected better from Macy’s.
