Excellent location. Very clean in the store and in the dressing rooms. Staff was very friendly. I interacted with different employees on each trip, all of them helped me with exactly what I needed. The only issue I have had here is when their computer check out system was super slow and took a while to find the right item and check me out.

Fantastic men's clothing store. Great selection of suits, overcoats, shirts, ties, etc. Their Traveller dress shirts are the best I've worn. Great personal service, too.

Great clothing and service. This is my favorite store. Don't ever buy anything at full price. Give it some time and they will have a sale. Their sales are so good and are so frequent.

Mary ann one of there sales workers she was very rude an should not be working with the public we did how ever get helped by a very nice man up front (Dominic) who really knew what he was talking about. If she approaches you in the store ignore her an if her boss is reading this fire her immediately

Fantastic staff! Gary helped me pick the right suit and bow tie. He even found me sales. He wasn't trying to sell me stuff just to sell, but found me the right things I needed and had me going within an hour.

Pretty much the worst experience possible. I was met with attitude immediately when I walked in the door. There was some mistake between this location and another and instead of trying to help me work through it, they were deflecting blame and not being helpful. Fastforward a couple of weeks and I get my credit card bill. I see it's more than I expect, so I call the location. The first employee who answered was rude and put me on an extended hold. The second employee who answered was legitimately hostile and condescending. I don't expect that much from Jos a Bank, but this location is the absolute worst. DO NOT GO HERE.
