I was happy with their work. They cut down and removed a number of trees, and they tuck pointed and power washed our brick patio. They were very fast and did a good job. The one thing they could improve is having a more detailed estimate. There was some confusion on exactly what I wanted to have done. But we got through that. Services: Cleaning, Tile work replacement

There is a reason there reviews are low. I have the court award judgment in my favor to prove it. Do not ignore the reviews like I did. Set up a time to stop over for estimates - did not show up or leave a note (Should have known then) - look at how many reviews mention this. Left an urgent message with secretary regarding the work the crew from Professional Home Repair was currently doing. She told me Mike would call me right back - did not happen. Did not return calls - look at how many reviews mentioned this. Took them to Small Claims Court and won. Worked had to be removed and redone by a professional. Service: Remodeling

I called Professional Home Repair when I had an emergency at a rental property. There was some kind of a plumbing leak I believed it to be coming from an upstairs bathroom, it had gotten so bad that it was possible that the toilet could’ve fallen through the ceiling at any moment. The renter had not communicated with me that the problem had gotten this severe. I got a callback the following morning and scheduled an estimate. Once approved, the guys got to work right away and even recognized problems that I wasn’t even aware of and fixed those things while they had the ceiling open that would prevent future problems for me. Before doing so I was communicated with as to what the additional cost would be and given the opportunity to make the final decision. Others may have had good luck with them, unfortunately I am unable to give them a positive review or recommend. Can't comment on quality of their work only their professionalism and responsiveness to requesting an estimate. Person stopped by on time on 9/25 to look at job. It's been over a month, and even after reaching out for a reply, still have not heard from anyone. The minimum you expect is the courtesy of a reply that they are running behind or are uninterested. Maybe they have so much work they simply don't care. One hates to think that but that's how it appears and if correct, says something about the company's approach to work and customer communications.

Wasted my time. Instead of just telling me that they aren't interested in smaller jobs, they came out and gave me some ridiculous line about why building a simple chicken coop was going to cost 3 times the normal amount that it should (I even had my own wood, so it was just labor that I was looking for). They were either going to price gouge me or not do it at all. If you're looking for honest builders, look elsewhere.

I am very thankful for Mike's help today. I am also thankful that I can support a local business. My Jeep became stuck in the snow this morning. I called Professional Home Repair. It wasn't long before Mike was at our house. He got the Jeep unstuck and plowed our driveway. I asked him to come back whenever the driveway needs plowing.

I recently had an outbuilding re-roofed and sided by PHR. They did a good job and the finished product looks good. The crew, James and Tony, showed up on time and worked hard all day. They were professional and pleasant to deal with and made a point to ensure that I was satisfied with their work. I would hire PHR again for future home repairs. I think James and Tony should be given a raise because I am confident they treat all of their customers in a similar way. Service: Remodeling

I had the siding on my house redone last month and so far so great. The workers were very friendly, worked in a timely manner and did an excellent job. Received many compliments from my neighbors. Make sure you have anything you need added on to your new siding before they leave as I ordered my new awning too late and now need to hire a handyman for installation. I also had my windows done and they were done beautifully.
