Wasn't impressed with how I was greeted in the store.."hi honey how's it shaking", is not professional 😕. Was their first thing Thursday morning to pick up my winter cover that was on back order..never received a call saying it was In. Previously they said the couldn't ship it to me because they don't do that. But they were able to ship my pool to me..🤔 would expect more of a professional atmosphere and communication from a bussiness.

Really good experience with this store. They had a filter part that other stores weren’t sure they could even order. Dealing with their service department is nearly impossible. We are trying to get a warranty issue on our filter dealt with and they started off telling us our warranty ended. We pressed the question of when did it end and they finally looked it up and found that our warranty had not ended now they refuse to return calls in order to fix it.

Despite delays due to Covid would 5/5 recommend Zager. The sale staff were knowledgably, not pushy, and no attempts were made at "upselling". The install team was absolutely fantastic.

After being told last year parts weren't available, Brian found them for me. Alli got us a new pump and filter, and they both recommended a different speed pump to save money on our electric.
