Such a terrible bank. NEVER answers the phone, never calls back and there automated system is just terrible. There are plenty of people there to pick up the phone. But I guess they are all out to lunch like the post office 🙄 would not recommend this bank.

Absolutely the worst institution to deal with. They refuse to listen to reason and will not ever refund a fee, no matter the situation. They have no compassion, understanding or a desire to keep customers. They make me feel like just another number; getting rich off fees from the people who can't afford a gallon of milk before payday. You're better off keeping your money under your mattress.
