Where are the sullen, moody, young people? Certainly NOT at Jacobsen's Flowers! I was so pleasantly suprised during my first and second visit at how professional, friendly and helpful each employee was. As a bonus, the wave petunias I wanted were buy one get one free! Thank you for a wonderful experience. I Highly recommend this wonderful flower shop!

I stopped in to get my wife some flowers for Valentines Day. I was there with about 6 other gentlemen. Waited 10 mins and no one came out to help and/or acknowledge that they would help when they got a chance. I left along with another person. No chance I go back there again. Bad day to be short staffed.

I have now ordered funeral arrangements from this location twice and they have been super helpful each time in discussing the different options, helping me decide what to write on the card, and each recipient has appreciated the thoughtful gift.

I can't even begin to tell you how amazing this flower shop is. I needed a funeral arrangement last minute....and I mean last minute. Their deliveries were done for the day, but they still helped me out. They crafted a gorgeous floral arrangement and the owner drove it to the funeral home within 2 hours of my order. This is the epitome of customer service. I was frustrated because of my own foolish mistake of forgetting, yet they were gracious. I said just send something pretty, yet they sent something stunning. Just so you know, another florist basically told me too bad, yet Jacobsen's really came through for me. Thank you, Jacobsen's, you are very appreciated!!!!

I called the sunflowers to my girlfriend and her children who lost their father. I asked for help of what to send them and the staff was very helpful. It was a lovely experience. Very kind lady helped me over the phone. And the flowers that were delivered were exactly as I had imagined. The service was excellent they were delivered within a couple of hours. I love this place. My mom is in memory care and with covid she's not allowed visitors. She's always loved flowers so sending her arrangements is one way to make her happy. They put so much love into their work, that effort makes both of us happy. A very big thank you to Jacobsen's Flowers.

Sheryl is the best florist I have known. She designed several outstanding flower arrangements for an event. I gave the order over phone. She beat my expectation by leaps and bounds. The customer service was exceptional!! The lady I spoke with on the phone couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. I spoke to her about a special arrangement for Mother's Day and she was so very helpful. I received the feedback from the recipient (my mom) today and she said it was by far the "...most beautiful arrangement [I've] ever sent" her. That is saying a whole lot because I've sent my mom many countless arrangements over the years. I could not be more pleased or grateful to Jacobsen's. I'm so glad I chose to ignore earlier feedback. I just took a chance and I was definitely well rewarded for it. Overall my experience was outstanding. I highly recommend Jacobsen's to anyone without hesitation.
