I have visited Grace Boutique multiple times and I am always surprised by the great customer service. I was there today to get a Christmas dress and the woman working helped me the whole time. All of the products are high quality, affordable, and have a one of a kind feel. The variety of sizes and styles is so hard to find and I am so appreciative that this store has it all. Can't recommend this store enough!

Carried a small, but interesting variety of merchandise. A bit pricey, but you can't find these items in just any store. Even had some home made beauty products. Nice to browse atmosphere, and depending on what catches your eye and your budget, you could find something very special.

I went yesterday to get a last minute wedding guest dress and the owner was amazing. She helped me with picking dresses to try on, acted as my peanut gallery, gave honest opinions of the fit, and was so friendly! I left with a gorgeous dress that I never would have tried on without her prompting. I will be shopping here for all my future dress needs.

Summer has made this the best boutique in Michigan! Her personal attention to the customer experience has us coming back again and again. She stocks classy, fun and affordable clothing and accessories. From my daughter’s 2 prom dresses, to work wear, to a unique gift, we always find it here. We also appreciate the size selection. Finding a size-inclusive boutique can be hard! I’m so glad to have a “go-to” store for any occasion, and even more so to have a truly special owner to help us.

What a fantastic experience! I came in the day before attending a wedding with nothing to wear. By the time I picked out one dress, the woman helping me had six more in my size ready to try on! I ended up buying the first one I tried on, and she helped me match shoes and jewelry to it. Thanks so much!!!

I would not recommend that anyone purchase from Grace’s without knowing their return policy. My first visit last week went well. I was looking for a graduation dress and I was speaking with the worker there about how unsure I was that the dress would match my red graduation gown. I ended up purchasing it with the intention to return it if I found a dress somewhere else. Upon check out I noticed a small sign about returns (that I guess I misinterpreted). I thought I had 7 days to return the dress or I could only get store credit. Actually, everything is pretty much FINAL SALE because any return will only be given store credit. I found this out when I visited the store today trying to return my dress. The owner very rudely told me I could only return it for store credit. I told her that I was not aware of that. She said rudely, “we have a sign”. I don’t think any of this is fair to the customer. The return policy sign should be larger and not stuffed between a bunch of smaller items like jewelry and hand lotion. When the customer is being checked out, the worker should give a verbal statement about the return policy ESPECIALLY when they know the customer isn’t certain they like the dress. My biggest issue with this situation is that the owner failed to sympathize with the customer. There was no apology and she had no interest in helping me. I was very upset leaving the store and the reason I kept the dress was because I never want to step foot in this boutique again. The owner made the environment very unwelcoming.

This is the best boutique ever. It is such a treasure to have in Lansing. I have traveled and visited boutiques across the country and world, and this is by far my favorite. Grace curates a wonderful variety of clothing and accessories. Whether you are looking for posh polish or unique flare, this is your go to shop. There is something for every woman. And, the owner is perfectly pleasant. You will want to shop with her.
