There was only 1 employee at the front and I waited for 10 minutes, I saw multiple employees in the back, it also didn't help that the employee didn't know much, besides that service was good

Man, going here was so much better than going to a big name store. I was in and out of Mid State Bolt & Screw with what I needed in the time it takes me to walk into Home Depot from my car. Plus, I'd rather have a pro just give me what I need in a matter of seconds then have to dig through a messy aisle before going through half of the staff just for them to tell me they don't carry what I need.
