I say on hold for the pharmacy for 2 HOURS and then got hung up on. When I called the store and spoke to a manager he told me the pharmacy is not open even though the hours say they were confirmed 1 WEEK AGO! I have been going to this Walgreens for years now and have never had a problem like this.

My sister went there to pick up a prescription and one of the pharmacy techs was very rude. She told my sister the medicine was over the counter and insurance would not cover it. My sister had a prescription from a doctor so insurance would pay for it. The pharmacy tech should of had the prescription filled. Poor customer service.

I left a one star because it can't be zero. This store time after time has delayed my scripts till I am out. The often have drive through closed, when I asked why this time they repied I'm not sure. They no where close too the level of CVS. OVER RUDE PEOPLE

After using this pharmacy since they opened up. It's time to move on. I'm sick and need scripts. I'm supposed to be resting but I spent 6 hrs trying to keep checking on my scripts. Bouncing from my provider to Walgreens. Even spent 30 min on hold for them to hang up! They keep telling me they don't have my scripts. And it was called in twice! This was yesterday. And my provider isn't in today. So what I gotta wait until tomorrow for them to call it in a third time! Way to go about caring about people's well being. No wonder why I'm there and hear people complain all the time in front of me. PoS

I came for a covid flu combo appointment. The pharmacist acted as though my appointment was too much. He complained I made the appointment same day and shouldn’t have been able to. I advised that is not on me, I am not an employee to care, but still continued to complain. Suggested I could cancel and take my business elsewhere. Took my cards but still got my information incorrect. Why did I take the initiative to fill out the information online when it was a waste of time. I got the vaccine booster and flu but I will never come back to get care here. It was dirty and unprofessional dumpster fire.

I do not often leave a bad review however, Walgreens Pharmacy in Lincoln Park was completely unprofessional today. I had an appointment scheduled for my COVID booster that they did not accept because they said it was not in their list. The representative said that they do not accept same day appointments. However, I set the appointment up approximately six hours before the appointment time and they had confirmed it via email. They had all of my contact information and did not bother to cancel thus costing me valuable time and money. Totally unprofessional.

Pharmacy staff venting and bad mouthing customers in front of a customer. Shameful display. Definitely won't be getting any prescriptions filled by these disgruntled employees.

Advertised same day appointment for Covid vaccine/booster. Made appointment. Went in and was told they stopped doing same day appointments a week ago. Should’ve maybe taken the signs down.

I had a lady in the photo department go above and beyond to get my canvas print perfect. She was kind and wanted to make sure I was happy with my picture. 7 -25- 21 I want to thank her for such a wonderful experience.
