Yesterday (3 Jun 22), stopped to gas up my motorcycle. Never got gas at this place before. Gas pump read $27.00 for Supreme ar $5.69 a gallon. No problem. Got home to see notification of credit card pending $125.00!! Can't dispute it because I didn't go in to get a receipt, since pump didn't print one. My fault for not getting receipt. Tried calling 7-11 to get yesterday's receipts. No answer. I guess I blessed someone with $98.00 worth of gas! Enjoy! UPDATE: Owner of 7-11 emailed me about my issue. She explained that some companies place a "hold" amount on credit cards while the actual purchase amount is pending. Instant relief there. Then, she told me to call her cell phone when the pending charge is complete, and if it's for more than $27.00, she'd fix the issue. Yesterday, I received an account update that my credit card was charged only $27.00. So, 5-stars (instead of the 1-star i gave previously on 3 Jun) for the owner's immediate response and for taking a personal interest in wanting to help me fix the issue. Now, THAT'S customer service!

Sadly for the most part I do like going to 7-11. However, after going in last night and purchasing a couple 20 dollar instant games, one of the workers, best described as an older woman in a pony tail who was quite rude and very arrogant to say the least. She was quite quick on her feet with being unprofessionally rude at all costs. Made me feel as a customer not comfortable and wanted to exit as fast as possible before I asked her who was her supervisor, she mumbled off two names quickly. As if to say; here you r but nothings going to be said to me about my despicable attitude. Just plain ignorance. I began to scratch the ticket on the left side of the front of the store. She quickly said can't scratch them here that would be considered as being a casino I looked at her and wanted to laugh in her face. Never heard that one before. Ironically just two and a half hrs earlier the gentleman working the register didn't have a problem with it. She must not like her job and on of top of that chasing customers away. Then when I won $50.00 she said usually I wouldn't be able to cash a large amount after a drop.. but I'll do it this time.. I was thinking lady I just gave you $40.00. I didn't see You drop anything.. just plain rude as they come.. How can one work at a place with people and yet don't know how to deal with people.Talk to her before she makes a customer to never want to return.

Last night was one of my wrist nights I’ve had in a while I had to walk home in 9 degree weather ten miles between car issues and not having the funds for an Uber bout 7 miles into the walk I discovered I had to pee so I stopped in to see if I could use the bathroom and the attendant just kept telling me that I couldn’t cause she just cleaned the bathroom I still had another 3miles to walk before I could use the restroom. Needless to say I couldn’t get a simple act of kindness from a gas station that I frequent I will never go back there again.

Absolutely terrible, I just left... tried two different brands of coffee both were empty, clerk's staring at me like I'm supposed to make it. Several empty cups around so I know that other customers were upset and left also.

If I could give it a 0 I would, never in my life have I had someone whom works at a convenience store tell me they simply where “to busy” to sell something to me. If you don’t want to do your job maybe you shouldn’t work at a place like that. I would definitely evaluate whoever the lady working the night shift is. Won’t be going back any time soon and that’s a shame. Learn how to deal with the public you GRUMP
