My sister had a flat tire on us 23. She pulled in to Terry's BP on Willis rd to seek help. She asked the clerk Vince to help her. Now keep in mind she has M.S. his answer was hes not allowed to touch any vehicles. So my sister tried to change her tire by herself. She could not break her lug nuts with the tire iron provided by jeep. She needed a pipe to help her break them loose. The clerk said she could not use anything. Come on america what happen to being a gentleman and assisting a lady.

The aluminum undercarriage of the engine started falling off, pulled up real quick to Terry's, and he helped fix it in just 5 minutes. Efficient and effective. Would absolutely recommend.

I was driving to a interview in Ann Arbor from Jackson using my GPS on my phone when my phone died. I panicked and stopped off at this cozy store where i met Denise a beautiful soul that helped me out very much. This was more than a stop at once type of store, each customer seemed to know the place very well and everyone was smiling. Also very clean.

Very smokey inside triggered asthma. It is a quick off and on stop. The 1 seat bathroom makes the place look like its owned by a man. No mirror, fully stocked. Toilet and sink were clean. Urinal is gross though .

The teller was so sweet! My dog got sick in the car, and he gave my other dog a treat and provided me with hand sanitizer! His kindness was worth it’s weight in gold!

Gas is priced higher than area, garage is dated, but presumably functional. Could use some self investment, location convenient off highway.

Our brake pad siezed up and we didnt even know, but we just happened to stop at this BP and found our tire smoking & stinking. The owner checked it out and fixed it boom bam. Super nice people! Thank God for good people!
