I used to work here almost 2 decades ago when I first started doing taxes. The owner, Rob, is the most competent, knowledgeable, tax and accounting professional that I know. He's extremely intelligent and works hard to keep himself and his staff well informed. Plus, he's extremely approachable and a hoot to be around--not like your typical dry accountant type. He's very patient, and has a knack for explaining complicated information in a way that's easy to understand. Milan is lucky to have an A+ resource like Rob.

The services were comprehensive and Daisy was great but my taxes are simple enough to complete on my own and coming to H & R Block simply added to the cost more than to my return. It was good to confirm that I was doing things correctly already and I did learn a few things, but it wasn't worth the over $200 fee.

This place obviously doesn't value your time. My appointment is for 5 that's when I want to be seen, not 530 or longer. I walked out so I guess I will never know. My time is valuable to me, obviously not to you. Simple communication, ask to reschedule, they did nothing. I will never return to this establishment.
