I stopped going to this store for a few months now because there's older lady (employee) that is often very rude. In every visit I've observed that she has no professional ethics and a very bad attitude even when customers are being nice or polite.

It is unfortunate that I will no longer be able to bring myself to spend money at this specific location, until there is a resolution. In the past, I had spent oodles of time and money on various items this location of dollar tree has to offer (N. Groesbeck / Groesbeck & Cass) It is with serious disappointment that I am writing this. I moved to this area 2 years ago, and for 2 years I have been enduring abuse. Walking through the store is a pleasant experience, nice, clean and fully stocked. That is, until it is time to check out. There is one cashier in particular(older lady, wears a dark brown/black wig and has black glasses) that has a serious bad attitude, and yesterday it went from bad to worse. She is now threatening me (surly I am not the only individual getting mistreated by this employee.) That right there was the last straw. I will no longer be shopping at Dollar Tree located at N. Groesbeck / Groesbeck & Cass. She has put a damper on the atmosphere.

This Dollar Tree is amazing! They are very safety conscious. This store was so well stocked,considering it is 2 weeks before Christmas. The shelves were neat and filled. The employees were all friendly and nice. I will be going back to this particular store!

I root for Dollar Tree.!!!! This location is very nice and big. Always have stocked shelf's. I love every worker for the most part. They definitely go above and beyond. This one usually comes out with products faster then most. Love love love my dollar trees. 😁

I have been a customer of this store since they opened. Its the nicest, most organized store around. Sadly, I don't think I'll be returning after my last visit. The lady in the back by the freezer was on her phone, she used the "N" 3x as well as the F word and Mother F. The cashier was overwhelmed with easily 6-8 people in line so she called for back up from the nasty lady who came to the front, slammed her hands on the counter in a very hostile way and began cussing at the cashier. "You mean I have to Fing help your a$$ out" I was appalled. This is not the first time I have witnessed this lady being incredibly rude to the other employees. I asked for her name and was told by her it was not my business. I was told by the cashier her name is Lois. Her behavior is disturbing as well as uninviting. I will no longer be shopping in this location!

Visited on Saturday morning 3/9/19. The women cashier was beyond helpful & was the sweetest women! She was pleasant & we shared a great conversation about her daughter working in the same field as I do. I forgot to catch her name but she was the only clerk I seen working around 10am. The store was clean and organized & everything was easy to find! When I couldnt find it the cashier made sure i left with everything I came there looking for before I left! I will definitely be back to support this establishment!
