The manager on shift said she was there for 10 years or so. Didn't catch her name but she has amazing customer service! I've been in customer service since I started working (never wanted to do fast food granted I work at a Coney island right now) and this lady made me want to work at McDonalds lol. she was treating her coworkers like people. She is what we need more of in today's world. Also the food was put in and handed out there was not much of a wait time at all she almost best me to the table(stopped to get drinks). Unbelievable! Thank you so very much.

How are you all this incompetent? Ordered a chicken sandwich and get a damn quarter pounder instead. Get all the way home just to be disappointed. Your job isn’t that hard. Do better

Bathroom is always dirty, just today walked in to use it and someone @#$& all over the toilet and floor.... Friggin disgusting

Seems to be a well taken care of location. We have the best McDonalds I've ever seen in my part of town (Bristol Rd location) but this one is definitely one of the better locations to choose from in our area. Staff always seems friendly and service is always quick. They are in a nice area too so if safety is a top priority and you're from out of town, this is a good choice for you.

I have never had any issues at all with this location in the 11 years I've lived here in mt Morris. Good food, nice employees and all around great experience

It's a McDonald's. There really isn't much to say. Slightly more expensive than the one at 475 and Stewart but they also don't mess up the orders as much.

This McDonalds is by far the worse, order came to 18 something, asked for fresh fries didnt get them fresh, had 10 piece chix nugget meal only got one sauce, called n complain, refused to replace fresh fries on the spot, no napkins, drive thru lady never does, n practically tossed my food out the window..I will not be coming back to this location..service sucks and food is never fresh

Consistently ignored!! I do door dashing as a side job. If I bring my bag identifying I am a door dasher into the restaurant with me they will not even acknowledge me until the order is completely ready which I find very rude I have left several times and canceled orders because I cannot see any orders sitting there ready and nobody acknowledges me to let me know how long the orders gonna take if it’s ready or not nothing like that. I was just in there today had four employees look at me but not once acknowledged me I stood there for 5 to 7 minutes and then left without order in hand . Not only is that extremely rude it’s a waste of my time and I now will refuse to take any orders for that particular McDonald’s through DoorDash and most certainly will never go there for my own personal wants.

It would be cool if the Camero driver would park back first so his inappropriate car accessories was not visible. Lots of kids come through with parents an it's just......yeah
