I’ve been here twice now once with a PS4 and once with a phone that was water damaged. These guys know what they are doing and are very professional, honest, and upfront. They have cool one of a kind items and things to look at along with a candy counter. It literally took less than a half hour for him to change the screen on my phone. Thank you so much for a local business that comes in handy. A brand new phone would have been way more. 👍

They do great work! Had a couple screens fixed here with no hassle. They had a few issues with replacement screens they got in so it took longer to get my phone fixed but once the right parts were installed it has worked great. Very upfront about the whole process and they give a discount on Zag screen protectors if you've had a screen replaced. Both my husband and I love the Zag screen protectors! This shares space with a very cute home decor/candy/local made stuff shop. Fun to browse while you wait!

Very reliable and determined services. Took my gaming pc in after having graphics issues that I failed to resolve even after two months of trying with the help of online tech support. Found Flegel online, came in and described my issue and the failed actions taken to fix it myself. They immediately began diagnosing the problem, took a few weeks waiting on replacement parts and one failed attempt on replacing the graphics card, but they determined it was the motherboard itself, they then returned the new graphics card and used the refunded money to pay for a new board and refunded me the unnecessary left over expenses saving me almost a hundred dollars. I highly recommend this company, their services are great and their employees very reliable.

Only does easy straight forward tasks that anybody could do if they DIY YouTube for far less money and time. Just saying "no" to a customer on asking to fix or retrieve data is illegitimate..I understand it may not be fun to work on but people sometimes have sentimental values that would like to be saved or atleast looked at. Just saying no is defeating...you're a small business in troubling times maybe take the offer up.
