We have felt welcome since our tour last Dec 2021. The staff are friendly and engaged with every dog/owner that enter. We appreciate the ability to view her on the web camera’s, enjoy special activities they have planned, monthly pictures of our pets and Callie can’t wait to get into the front doors! We are so grateful to have Dogtopia apart of Callie’s social routine each week. Thank you very much 😀

I took my dog to get an assessment done here. The process was very easy and they were communicative. Unfortunately my dog did not pass the evaluation but the staff was kind and they gave me a tour of the facility. They also said sometimes they crate the dogs for a little bit if they are overly excited and need to calm down a bit before being let out to play. But everything seemed cleaned like the boarding rooms and bathing area. I think it’s cute how they make it very eventful for your fur babies. It reminds me of elementary school calendar. It’s a bummer my dog didn’t pass but I guess I will have to stick to his other daycares which is fine. But I will definitely recommend this place with the interactions I have had with them so far.

Great place for your pup to burn off some energy and enjoy playing with other pups. Staff are friendly and helpful. My pup loves to great them all when we arrive! Been going to Dogtopia for over 6 years.

I absolutely love this place, the employees seem to truly care about my dog and have always accommodated my last minute daycare and boarding appointments. Today they celebrated birthdays and sent my dog home with a picture and sweet little treats! ❤️ I highly recommend this doggie daycare

Save the time and keep your dog away. This place is TERRIBLE under new ownership. Poorly ran. A bunch of 5 year olds work the place. I wish the old owners We’re still around. This place is so poorly ran it gives the dogtopia brand a bad look. Terrible terrible place. Don’t ever take your dog here!!

I used to love taking my dog here at least once a week. This past year it has been nothing but issues. Twice I caught them rudely throw my dog in a crate and leave her in there for 30 minutes. Per policy from shift Manger crate timeout is last resort and only suppose to be max of 5 minutes. I didn't see them try to talk or walk her around the room before throwing her into a crate. Then I took my dog to do a craft they didn't text me like usual for me to see if I wanted her to do it and then took her in where usually they ask to confirm and they didn't so I was robbed of that. The staff excuse is always it's busy. Never once has shift managers told the owner or manager of the store. They used to also call to check to make sure dixie is okay if she hasn't been there in a while but they haven't done that. This place has gone downhill over the last couple months. Guess it's time for a new daycare and never got to do a walk through on meet and greet day.

I like that they have different play rooms and actually get to know the pets so that they can put them in the best environment for their personality. I also love that I can watch them on camera while I’m at work! It puts me at ease when I work long hours. They also have lunchtime options which are always fun to pick out and the friendly staff and ease to make reservations is a plus too. Drop off and pick up is such an easy process that I am just all around impressed by this facility and highly recommend it to anyone who has not been before :)

I hate to lower my review, but I don't like the new policy. My dog has been going there for years for grooming and off and on for play time (not a regular). I was informed today that they now only take grooming appointments for their regular day care clients. I do not have a need for regular day care unfortunately. Otherwise this place is the best. Staff is great. It was one of the few places my dog kodi actually liked going to.

Very good experience! Our (almost) 5 month old German Shepherd pup has fun, plays with a bunch of other dogs (good socialization) and best of all...comes home tired out and happy! Kind and caring staff with lots of patience! :)

Took my dog Apollo a 13 week old puppy to Dogtopia for Daycare, we were able to watch via webcam all day. He was happy all day, had fun and most importantly he was shown love and worn out at the end of the day. That’s all you can ask for for your best bud. (2 years later, they still do a great job and Apollo loves going there)
