Ann greeted me at the door with a huge smile, asked if I needed assistance. I told her what I was looking for and she immediately got on her phone to look up the directory & showed me the area to find it and directed me to a pro service for insulation help for the item I wanted. Ann is a perfect example of a awesome customer service representative!!! I really appreciate all your help, Ann and how quickly you provided it! I found a new garage door opener on sale for $98 and they hooked me up with install for $128. For $231 a bad day was turned into a good one. Thank you Ann & Home Depot

Awesome customer service! Every time I went to a different department someone immediately asked if I needed help. The customer service when you first walk in in to return items were very quick and friendly.

I shop this location all the time. I came here for laminate flooring and Brian in the flooring department was great. He was a teacher and assisted me getting all the supplies i needed. Brian went above and beyond in my opinion and deserves recognition. I wanted to recognize him another way but couldn't find any info on google how to recognition a HD employee.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I got my appliances delivered 3 weeks ago, only the microwave installed and the rest weren’t! My fridge was left in the garage!! I have called and called and called and everyone gives me the same excuse!!! I called today and I am definitely not calling back!! THE RESOLUTION TEAM WAS ABSOLUTELY NO HELP!!! “Resolution right”? I will make sure I never go back to Home Depot for my appliances again!! ZERO STARS FOR ME!!

We had gone to Home Depot to get stain and paint for our deck. David who works in the paint department was sooooo helpful and knowledgeable on the different stains available, sanding tools and paint rollers/brushes to get the job done. David definitely went above and beyond to help us as this was our first time staining a deck

I came to pick up an online order for a torch kit. When I got to the counter the girl that originally walked away from me when I was waiting to go help someone that got there after me in the other side of the counter says my order of at another store 6 miles away. Thankfully her coworker said if they had one I could get it here and cancel my other order. She went and grabbed it from the shelf first to ensure they had it when I bought it online again. That second lady was very nice and hard working. She definitely saved me a very unneeded trip to the other location.
