Quality of work was good, however it took several months to get my single item done. Kept giving excuses as to why it wasn't ready and after a couple months actually suggested I come pick it up to take it elsewhere because she just didn't have time. Because mine was a single item she kept putting other orders ahead of mine, obviously didn't want or need my business. I will be taking her up on her advice, and taking my business elsewhere from now on.
