I've been shopping at Car Tunes since 1986 because they always have the best brands, the best service, and the best installation in the Midwest! For complete disclosure, I used to work as an installer at an Ann Arbor competitor from 1989 - 1997. They went out of business while Car Tunes continues to innovate and adapt to the changing market and economies. This means that they're going to be there for you while other retailers fade away.

I can't say enough about the service,product (smartphone remote starter) Store Manager Adam and associate Bo. Great job guys and FYI all the places up and down Ford rd, you know who you are, I paid half of any quote these competitors gave me. Now I got a great deal but it was still half and no upsells or pressure. NO GET THERE AND OH WE STILL HAVE TO ADD INSTALLATION, LABOR,SERVICE BLAH BLAH. None of that at Warren and Wayne.Go to Car Tunes for real deal friends!!!!!!

I visited Car Tunes to have them tint the windows in my car. When I arrived the manager explained the different shades of tint and types of tint (regular/ceramic). I selected the tint shade/type and made an appointment to have the work done. When I left the location I had changed my mind on the level of tint that I had chosen and called with the new selections that I had decided upon. The manager who had assisted me took down my new information and was polite and understanding. I delivered my car on the day of my appointment and it was ready the next day but I wasn’t able to pick up but they were fine with me picking up when I had time. Upon picking up car, two days later, the manager informed me as to the amount of time needed before opening the windows (to allow adhesive to settle properly). Conclusion, car looks great and I’m very satisfied with the whole experience and would recommend.
