Outstanding service all the way around. Opened an account online, they followed up the next day to explain services. Also applied for a $10,000 loan & closed within 1 day of applying. Breanna was great to work with & was on top of returning my calls. All around, I was with chase for 10 years, but so happy I joined this credit union. Very helpful & very friendly staff!

Worst bank , I’m so done with them ! Literally will take all your money! I’ve never had this happen to me with this bank! Checks will say deposited instead of pending that way they’ll be able to take your money! Won’t ever recommend them to any of my friends or family!!!

I needed to take out a signature loan for personal reasons, the customer service was fantastic as always. This is my second loan with this credit union. I’m sticking with this company because they really work with people with not so good credit. Melinda was friendly and helpful. Nowadays it’s difficult to find a company with good customer service. I’m a stickler for good customer service. Did I mention the customer service?! Everything was processed quickly with no issues. Highly recommend parkside credit union!!!!!
