They (and uber) went above and beyond to help us get some auction winnings shipped to us after we mistakenly bought items 5 hours away! We received the package today and all th items were carefully wrapped. Thank you so much for all yall dedication to helping the customers!

I had a last minute printing job I needed done same day. Even though they were very busy, they made time for my printing job and had all of the accessories I needed to mail them the same day! They were also well priced. I will definitely return in the future!

Matt is awesome. He was very friendly and professional to his customers. He was quick and efficient. I noticed that UPS stores are closed on Sundays, and I love that this company respects family time and allows that time for people to observe their religious practices. The store was very neat and clean. Matt gave everyone undivided attention.

This store has provided excellent customer service throughout the six years we have lived in Lees Summit. They have bailed me out a couple of times after CVS Photo and others have dropped the ball. The staff at UPS STORE - Woods Chapel have my business for life.. They are always friendly and dependable.

The owner of the store, took great care of my overnight shipping to my father for the superbowl! There was some valuable things in that package that could of easily been taken the minute I walked out the door, but the owner was trustworthy and everything arrived to my father as was promised and on time!! They were friendly enough. But because it’s Christmas UPS wants to gouged my business for shipping earlier if you can’t handle the load, figure out something else. You should not gouge businesses, and expect them to be loyal to you . Headed to FedEx. They were $50 cheaper

I went to this location to get save-the-dates printed off for my wedding. Both employees who assisted me were extremely helpful and thorough. The final product was of great quality and the prices were very reasonable! I highly recommend this location and will definitely be going back for all of my printing/mailing needs!

My friend is moving from Kansas City to Virginia outside of Washington D.C. He leaves today and he wanted to mail his small box of stuff. Praise the Lord you are off on Sunday but you are not the post office just a outlet for USPS. Privately owned should be like a machine. But oh well:) Service is awesome!
