I stopped here to return an item to Amazon. I was not happy as I needed to have the package and label printed. While I wasn't happy about having to pay to purchase a envelope and print the label, the staff was nice as always. This would have been a 5 star, except it is always an issue with the parking lot.

The two gentlemen i worked with yesterday, 6/27/22 around 2:30pm were super helpful and friendly. I had a bad experience with the drop off location in Harrisonville so this good experience turned my experience around 😀.

I use this location a lot and haven't had any issues until now. I went in and paid to mail my tax return. The system went down while I was in there, but they said it still went through, they just couldn't print a label. They had me write down my name and number, they kept all my tax return papers and said once they got the system back up they would call me with a tracking number. That was two weeks ago, no one ever called me, and the Missouri tracking shows it hasn't even been received. I had to mail my Kansas state return at HyVee because the system wouldn't work again, and have already received my check. Pretty annoyed I had to make more copies of my W-2s to mail it all over again.

I go here all the time and they are always so quick and nice! Even with a line they get people in and out quickly, and are super friendly at the same time.

Normally this is a great place to ship items I have never had any issues until today. Last week I shipped a large overnight package that cost $560 to ship that was suppose to arrive to the destination the next day for new business that was having a grand opening that day. I was told that the package was delayed and would arrive the following day according to the tracking app. Long story short it arrived 7 days later then it was suppose to. I went back to this store and asked if they could credit some of the charges because they did not meet the next day delivery guarantee and the lady told me that they "don't guarantee overnight shipments" and there is nothing they can do to help me other then give me an 800 number. They did not tell me that "it was not guaranteed" when I dropped it off and no where on the receipt does it say that either. So basically I'm out $500 for something that could have shipped for $60 based on the time frame they delivered it in. Great JOB UPS!! Thanks for taking my Money and costing me a customer.

Typically the service is awesome here. My last experience was less than pleasant. The blonde woman (wasn't wearing a nametag) didn't inform me of the label printing fee and actually overcharged me. Their website states it is $.50 and I was charged $2. When I asked her about it she just said with a snooty tone that it's always been their policy. It's not the $$ that's the issue, it was was the attitude with which she handled the situation. Everyone else there is awesome, but perhaps she should reconsider her line of work. Maybe something that is not customer facing would be a better fit.

Have used this store for various things in the past. One time I was there for about 2 hours making hundreds of copies of just one page at a time and had to remove staples, re-staple documents, etc. The one owner(?) lady let me use her stapler and staples and never charged. She assisted me as much as she could and would of done more if I needed more help. She was very kind and patient. Have used them for my business for several years. The owners run this business exceptionally well and I have always had great, friendly and fast service from all of the employees over the years. I prefer to go to this location to support them even though I have another store closer. Will continue to support you guys and recommend you! One last thing, the attitude of the employees is no doubt due to how the owners set an fine example and how they train them. This is how a business should be run!

I needed to return an item and the barcode would not scan. The associate helping me went above and beyond to figure out how to access the return slip. She was extremely kind and genuine . She asked another associate for his help and he was equally helpful. What a great experience. This store will be my go to store. Highly recommend

Without a doubt the friendliest in the most hard-working UPS staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I send a lot of things to print with them, and they are so professional- my final product always looks better than I expected. I have come in before with a wrong file type, or needing to change something about my design, and they are incredibly patient with me and help me to make the process as easy as possible. I will now drive out of my way to go here, because good service is worth it!

Always very responsive. It's rare that my print jobs are not rush, and every time the store accommodates me no matter the size of the job. They are a great resource for bulk mailings and print & design services. The owner Dennis is a great guy and a resident of Lee's Summit, so you're also supporting local business by using this store's services.
