Dealt with guy named Jason who took really good care of me. Helped me get a part for a rental last minute and did a real good job for me. A + service! A company well worth dealing with! Had to replace a part on a 2018 Toyota sedan that had the passenger side mirror cover disappear during one of my girlfriends outings with the vehicle. They were able to get the part within a day so I could turn it in complete. Part came in pre-painted.

My truck is brand new, but was received with a scratch in the driver's side front fender. The scratch was thin but about 3" long and down to the metal. I just got my truck back after having the scratch repaired and now instead of one defect there are three. There are what appear to be dirt inclusions in two spots and at the top of the fender there are two parallel runs in the paint that are 2-4" long. This quality of work may be acceptable for a collision job, but certainly not for a repair on a brand new vehicle.

The Graff Collision Center in Williamston was the best part of the entire insurance process. They provided a free rental and were very easy to work with. They also did a great job with my vehicle!! They are a preferred center through Progressive Insurance. I'm dropping Progressive but would recommend this center day in and day out.

Let me start out by saying I've bought 6 cars from Graff and on occasion have used there body shop. I WILL NOT BE BACK FOR ANYTHING!!! I wish there was a lower grading than one star!! Over the years I've only had one bad experience when they said something was covered under warranty. Then a couple days later they called and said it wasn't and I owed $300. The problem was resolved and life moved on. My most recent experience with the body shop was on 10/12/16. A person backed up into my parked truck and hit the side. Thier insurance was liable for the damage. I went into the shop and asked for a estimate. I was the only customer at the time. She went into the back to get someone. A gentleman came out and said let's look at vehicle. No hello, thanks for coming in, first impression was that I might be bothering him or I interrupted something. The damage was at the front bottom of the wheel well and above the fender. He put his hand under the wheel well and said there was rust and he would not be able to fix. I told him I don't need the rust fixed just the two dents. He then accused me of trying to get rust fixed and getting other insurance company to pay for it. I told him again that it wasn't the rust I wanted fixed just the dents that were a foot and a half away from the un visable rust. I've never went into a company and have been treated that way. He was so rude! I couldn't believe the way I was being treated. From start to finish. After telling him what I thought of him and the experience I went to another local shop. I was greeted like a valued customer and was taken care of like you would expect. Now I know where to go next time. Definitely not Graff!!
