Took my car in for an inspection to see if I had any issues, they came back with a whole list. They tell you what's most important, least important, a safety issue, etc, which is nice. Front desk people are very friendly. Beyond that, my experience was terrible. I had over $1000 worth of work done on my car just to have a part fall off immediately after driving out of their parking lot. I took it back to have the part put back on and they just said they "don't know how/why it happened"... I paid way too much money to have my car fixed, not to mention an unnecessary amount charged for the "inspection" portion, to have that happen. Family has been bringing our vehicles here for 20+ years. Everything from simple oil changes to having the car towed there with blown radiators or worse. Excellent communication, very trustworthy, and honest. They even recommend putting some of my old beaters to pasture as it wasn't worth fixing. They are usually able to get me back on the road in a few days at most. The only mechanics we have ever needed or ever will.

Very nice place to go ....people are very nice and friendly I had go back because of the work they did wasn't fixed or it was bad a bad part in the thing i was having service on and so I came back and they found the problem and they fixed it with no charge

Very sorry experience with the women in the office. Their attitude is not professional. They would rather argue with you then talk. If you don't buy into there drama they get upset and start yelling.

Hard to find a trusted car mechanic. Southwest Auto Service was recommended by several of my friends as honest and competent. And I personally recommend them as well.

Southwest Auto Service was recommended by a neighbor and I decided to give them a chance. And I wanted to support a local small business. The alignment was completed for a fair price and quick too. The mechanic had noticed another problem with my brakes that indicated a bad part in the brake system. He told me that the part was under a special extended warranty by the manufacturer, and after verifying that my vehicle VIN was covered by warranty with the manufacturer, he recommended that I go to a dealer service department ASAP. Sure enough, the manufacturer replaced the critical part for free with less than three week’s remaining on the special warranty. And it helped immensely that the problem had already been diagnosed by Southwest Auto Service. The mechanic from Southwest Auto Service could’ve just fixed it and had me pay for the brake system repair and I wouldn’t have known any better. I’ve since had additional vehicle maintenance at this business and intend to use them in the future. Trust is a key part of business and Southwest Auto Service has earned it.
