Maybe one of the best hole-in-the-wall dive bars I have ever visited. Great staff and good drinks! We didn't get to try the food on this visit but I definitely want to make my way back.

Great little bar and grill. We had the artichoke Swiss burger...delicious! The sides of Buffalo chips and Mac and cheese were awesome too!!

Good food, good atmosphere, friendly staff. We had buffet on a Saturday night; ribs, mashed potatoes and green beans with salad bar. The ribs and sauce were good, soft ribs and what I thought was good barbeque sauce. The mashed potatoes had a light garlic flavor and the green beans were cooked just right - not too soft or too hard. The staff was friendly and came around just often enough to check on drinks. She also apologized for taking so long on between; I think she thought she was gone longer than she was. The bar was well stocked, domestic beers and ciders. They are only a 3.2 bar, so that's all they can serve but it's enough. Would definitely go back again, I like the small town atmosphere.

Terrible service. Food took 30 plus minutes to get. After food arrived we were never checked on or asked about refills or more drinks. Our waitress sat at the bar texting and taking smoke breaks. Food was okay at best. The restaurant used to be good when it was Sheila's.

We have been there quite a few times since they opened & we are very impressed with the food & the great service. Grand Opening night we had drinks immediately & good food within 5 minutes! This is becoming our regular spot for a night out. We highly recommend Rose City Bar & Grill!
